If the rings on tht cylinder are bad I would think a $25 oil test from Blackstone Labs would identify products of combustion in the oil.
Have you looked at the oil pressure sensor and oil pump areas of the engine looking for leaks? Examined aroune the perimieter of the head gasket for leaks? Fluorescent dye and a black light may be helpful in determining if you have an external leak.
As others have said, 150psi in cylinder #4 is slightly low, but not absolutely horrible. I seen posts from a number of people with pressures below 90 psi in engines with problems.
