So it might be that the only keyway there is is broken off and making this repair harder than it should be.
If you don't see the little tab leftover on the broken shaft where the slot on repair arm is suppose to fit snug over, it is broken more than normal and you would have to glue the repair arm in an exact and precise location of the blend door arm. This location you would have to figure out and do it right the first time since otherwise, it would be messed up forever.
Unless you want to fiddle with loosening the stop screw and clock the arm and stop arm to its new position.
