It is actually one available for each side with different P/N. 12765865 is what's usually break. I have never had a use for the right side one.
The only issue I have with the Saab arm is that it seems to be a tad too long. I have had a few cars where after installing it and then installing the motor, it seems to push the round yellow disc toward and into the irregularities of the A/C selector drum making the blend door or selector drum stick here and there during the calibration sequence.
So the car learn different position from one calibration run to the next making the system work sometimes and conk out the next.
The first times I thought I hadn't gotten the yellow shaft remainder deep seated enough into the shaft but after getting in there with a bent pick tool to counter hold the original shaft and pushing as hard as I could on the repair sleeve, I knew it wasn't anymore to give.
It seems that if you trim off a 1/16 or little more of the nose and lengthen the slot a tad, it works better.
Sometimes it could also be that the A/C selector drum is just to warped and sticky and the motors learn the wrong calibration from that.
