Probably not the Conti

But you could well find others that are.
Conti's "standout" area is snow performance, relative to other high performance all season tires. Note that even the Conti will pale in comparison to winter tires and even "ordinary" all season tires in snow - it just outperforms other all season winter tires. Other than that, it is sort of average in its category, according to Tire Rack's tests. OTOH, the Goodyear Eagle GT is outstanding in wet weather performance, comes in the "XL" load ratng, and is not especially high priced. Either the GY or the similar yet slightly more affordable Dunlop SP Signature Sport would be my suggestion.
Avoid the Exsta AST - strongly unidirectional designs like that do poorly on 9-5s.
