I mistook the older "conti extreme contact" from the Goodyear test for the "Conti extreme contact DWS", the tire in question. It looks like Tire Rack has not yet published a summertime comparison test. I withdraw my initial comment. That said I have personal good experience with both the Goodyear Eagle GT and the Dunlop SP Signature sport. Our family history with the Conti "DWS" was not particularly good, as the car shod with them was T-boned within a week =8-O.
I would not necessarily put much stock in the "User Survey" as people tend to experience what they want to experience and often bias their reports to justify their purchase. Rather, look to (horrors) Consumer Reports, who
a) test extensively, but always use a reference standard to reduce the effects of weather, atmospheric conditions, and lunar phase;
b) report in broad categories, so you aren't hung up deciding between 1% differences that are totally meaningless in real world driving, and
c) at least report such things as rolling resistance and actual tread life, even though they don't affect their quality ratings.
