Yes, it's a Saab only dealer. They have been around for a long time. When dealing with RoadSide Assistance, they will tow the car to the closest dealer. That's how it ended up there a week ago. Just happens to be where I bought it, and where I have been going for 13 years. They have the car again. They told me to go ahead and contact Saab directly, as Saab is not willing to do anything through the dealer, and the dealer is not willing to do anything other than try to fix the car. They now have one of their own new cars tied up, using it for spare parts for mine. How ironic. It is a very unpleasant situation. Thanks for all the support!
