I plan to get it all done in one shot so I can get one alignment. I'm still not sure I need struts. I've got sag, but no solution for that. I need one outer tie rod end...do folks usually change both? Are Scantech ok. Febi isn't available on both sides. Moog exists, but isn't in stock everywhere for some reason. I'm going to change both sway bars to Moog. Are the Nordic ball joints ok or are there better/other options other than OEM? Anything else to change while I'm doing this job?
What about tools? Anything more needed than hand tools, impact wrench with deep sockets, torque wrench, and spring compressor if I do struts? Is a big electric impact wrench going to fit everywhere? Any bolts especially tricky to get at. I'd rather not have to get under the car on jack stands...just don't like doing that.
What are the torque specs for the various bolts (sway bar, outer tie rod, strut, ball joint)? My WIS isn't setup on 64bit OS at the moment.
I'm at ~104K, mostly on wonderful NYC metro roads.
