Usually are included with new rotors, but even if they aren't, they only serve to hold the rotors on and aligned until the wheels are installed. You can safely drill the heads off the old ones if you can't remove them. Install a Torx bit into the set screw and give it a few whacks with a hammer before you try to remove it.
ATE is probably who made your calipers, I'm sure their rotors would be fine although I've only used the Brembo.
Retaining springs are usually fine to reuse. Take a picture of how they are installed before you remove them.
