Saabmedic, thanks for the detailed advice. Sounds even more inviting. Alas, my wife is telling me we were going to give this to our daughter. My daughter has lost confidence in the car. So it looks like we're going to be selling it as is and someone else will be the beneficiary of a great 2001 9-5 SE Turbo with only 136k miles.
I really want to do this work; especially now that I understand what I did wrong and have been that deep in the engine successfully (okay, nearly successfully).
Thanks for all the great advice from everyone. Saabmedic, your posting has me even more excited about the possibility of getting this baby back together.
Any last suggestions on how to find the next owner for my baby? Of course I'll use the classifieds here. Am interested in anyone's perceptions/ suggestions on value/ process/ any other good places to market Saabs, etc.
