What you are reading as 18 is actually two separate digits. The one indicates you have a single fault, the eight indicates your fault is the Code 8 fault.
This means you have a failed damper arm on the driver's side of the car. Search for Code 8 for more details. The repair kit for this problem is under $100, all work is from the driver's side footwell.
