All wagon models '99-'09 can be fitted with the sedan crossbars. On the early model years which all came with roof rails, there is a spot behind the weather seal above the passenger door to drill out the filler. Very easy to see as the holes are already marked location and size.
On models without factory roof rails, can simply remove the headliner and swap out the roof channel insert for a set that has fitment for rails. Easier and cheaper to fit sedan bars though.
