is that they very well may take a buffer to it. I have seen so many brand new luxury cars with swirl marks in them. It makes no sense to machine a brand new car, but it happens. Before going to the dealer, you may want to take some Zymol or other premium wax and try it on one of the spots. Short of returning it to the factory paint shop, no one in the states will be able to return it to factory condition.
