Some of the items make sense. There was an ECU recall because of a bad mount, it was done on most all of the 99's, including mine. The DI cassette might have failed, there are a lot of horror stories here on the BB about people having the DI cassette fail and leave them stranded. I haven't had that happen yet in either of my 9-5's, but I have managed to have four flat tires between the two cars in three years.
The campaigns in the 800 series are improvements they have made, or fixes that didn't need a recall, they just fit them in when you bring the car in for service. I wouldn't worry about those.
I would certainly ask more about the DI cassette, and numbers 1 and 2 on your list. Front subframe sounds like a body issue, so there might have been an accident. It also could be something completely different, but I would ask for more details. What kind of additional warranty are they giving on the car past the original 4 yr 50k mileage?
