so it sounded/felt like there was a box of tools bouncing around in my backseat the other day + it turns out the top nut on one of my rear shocks worked it's way loose... I did the shocks last fall with konis + tightened those nuts tightly... I wish I had read the tip in the link below back then! loctite them if they aren't locknuts already!
anyway, I have it jacked up and all the bolts out... but once again, it seems impossible to pull the darn shock off the lower mounting point. Went through this in the fall with the original Sachs shocks + eventually pried it off with a big screwdriver. This time it's even tougher... has anyone else run into this? all the how-to's make it sound like it just comes right off? should I do something during the install to make it easier to take off later?

use loctite on upper shock nuts!
