There are two drain tubes underneath the car. Between the front doors and split down the middle on both sides of car. Weird description but just make a drawing with one line going across and two lines down the length of the SAAB outline. The drain holes are underneath of course and jacking it up on all four corners is the only way to see.
However the lines are probably blocked and so you need compressed air and to find the tube on the passenger side. It's under the glove box and on the radio side. Remove the filter housing, sound insulation and then the carpet. Find the discharge hose and remove the hose clip. Remove the drainage hose and use compressed air. The driver side has to be done as well. With the hose being on the center console also, just on the other side. This is all in the WIS.
There is also a drain tube near the fire wall. You can see it from underneath the car when looking at the oil pan, then above to near the windshield. Usually there are some leaves there and a long screwdriver put in there and moved around clears it.
I hope this helps.
Cheers!
