P1110 is usually a big old vacuum leak through the BPV's ripped rubber diaphragm. The engine may run rough, stumble, and sometimes even stall when coming down the revs to a stop. Not a terribly huge deal though. Drive it gently and be aware of the issue until you get the new part in. I'd strongly recommend replacing all the rubber vacuum lines with silicone too. You're going to find they're all crusty and cracking.
