Your information about jack locations squares with mine for our two 2001 9.5 sportwagons except for the following:
I see only two (not three) jack points on each side as mentioned by the first two posters. They are the only side points as far as I know. Note that with care, I've been successful in both jacking the car using one of those side points AND squeezing a jack stand right adjacent to it. No damage resulted. The front and rear center points work well for the bow and aft ends of the car.
Other posters have suggested a soft wooden "pad" between the "notched" notched ridge running fore and aft and the metal plate on the jack (I use a floor jack) to spread the load on the car's metal and prevent bending.
