Is there a horn wiring diagram in the WIS? I might have my non-Saab indy try to figure this out.
What if there is power and ground? Then check the horn wires? How do I get at them?
By contact reel, you mean clock spring?
Where are the contacts under the airbag? I thought it uses a tilt switch of some kind.
Do you think the connectors at the horn are not likely to be the cause?
