Ok, I am a bit confused. You say that its normal NOT to have vacuum in hose exiting the blow off, . But then you said that line is for allowing vacuum to the blow off valve when throttle is closed. when the throttle is closed ( meaning no pressure to gas pedal). I have vacuum in that hose end, if I pull it off, when the car is at idle, however , at idle on occasion , no vacuum. Thats why I am stumped.
Thanks
