I found that the 2415 belt was surprisingly easy to install. The trick is to leave the upper left idler OFF THE ENGINE until the belt is fully threaded through all the other pulleys. At that point put the belt into the V grooves on the idler roller and push it up into position on the block. You only need to clear the boss on the block with the ID of the bearing roller. If you leave the pulley in place then you need to either push the belt over the lip on the roller or push it onto another "lipless" pulley like found on the tensioner or water pump - and given their lack of accessability, that's a bit too fiddly for me.
