That is a long list of what appears to be preemptive stuff just to get another six months out of the car. That looks like a list to get the next 3-4 winters out of it. Is the car in current need of all that stuff now? Rear suspension? Probably wore out but good enough for another 5 months if you lived with it to this point. It is after all, a winter beater. Before I did any of this I would have to have a high level of confidence in the motor and trans.
How bad is the collision damage? Tailgate still opening, closing?, lights working? Street legal?
