I have an '01 Aero sedan, and it's had this problem forever. Years ago, a Saab service manager advised me to switch gasoline brands, as he had seen a Saab tech bulletin (I think it was really directed at dealers in CA...) that disucssed the issue. It's always an obvious problem in late summer/early fall when the refiners are switching over to their "winter" formulations.
I can practically figure out what the overnight low temp was, by counting the number of "stumbles/fails to start" things before the engine starts normally. Last night, f'rinstance, the low temp here was about 54 = 1 stumble. When it goes to 50 or so, 2-3 stumbles, etc.
The Techron "solution" is just a waste of your time and money, IMHO, as it won't "work" until the reformulated fuel hits the stations anyway.
If I cared enough about this minor problem (I really don't mind it anymore), I would switch to Sunoco high test until maybe October. But the decent Sunoco stations are too far away to justify the trip, so I'll stick with Kwik Fill high test and just wait 'till the leaves begin to fall...
BTW, tons of posts about this here, just do a search.
