Took car to a really fine body shop in Beaverton Oregon. Quoted $300-400 to clean up finish. Since the paint splatter is really fine dots of white paint on my silver paint, it's hard to see. Shows up well on glass and black trim/plastic. Ended up doing the alcohol fix. Not done but it works. Using 99% Isopropyl alcohol. It dissolves the white over spray with a little effort. Rains are coming but I'm doing a bit at a time as time permits. Doesn't appear to have any effect on the original clear-coat. Thanks all. Used B. Miller's solution.
