Onstar & Airbag eployment (somewhat long).

As I posted about this earlier, I had a bad accident in my saab 9-5 wagon. Aribags deployed, onstar did not call. Onstar has given me the royal run-around. However, I found out the following (which may e of interest to this group). 1) There is 1 (now two reports) on file at
nhtsa regarding this type of failure in saab 9-5's, and 2) My car caaled onstar at the moment of impact (time with lat/lon off by about 2 meters). However, Onstar did not receive the call as an airbag deployment, and there were no notes about "no one there".
I really hate GM. SAABs are good (may have saved my life), but GM is evil.
