About CD changer, you can't get another CD changer to work with the AS2/AS3. As someone mentioned before, it has to be "married" to the car using Tech2. It's true that Pioneer makes the head units for 9-5, but you can not use another Pioneer CD changer.

What you can do however, even if I haven't tried it myself (yet at least) is to get a Sony head unit. Then you can use one of Sonys CD changer (there is one that takes MP3s too). It has to be a head unit that supports the Sony joystick. Then you can get a converter from Autolead which lets you use the steering wheel controls together with the Sony head unit.

About tuning, I've done it a couple of times to my past three 9-5s and can recomend it. The first one was a 9-5 2.0 SE Wagon (1999) which was equiped with Saabs own tuning kit (150 -> 190 bhp), the second one was a 9-5 Aero Wagon (2001) which was equipped with Nordic step 2 (230 -> 260 bhp). My latest car is a 9-5 Aero Wagon (2002) which is equipped with Nordic step 3 (250 -> 300 bhp). About warranty, the first one was Saabs own kit so no problem there. About the Nordic tuning, at least in Sweden they take ower parts of the warranty (engine, gearbox and driveshafts). The tuning kit itself is installed by my local Saab dealer. I know that Nordic also works with a dealer in the US, have a look at their homepage for more details. It will for sure be a loot cheaper then the Hirsch-kit (whenever it comes).

Regards,
Stefan
