The plugs you describe are standard issue for Aeros. BCPR6ES-11 are for everything else for your MY. However, on my 2004 ARC 2.3T, I use BCPR7ES, which are cooler and gapped at .9mm, rather than 1.1mm (that's what the 11 means). I was having hesitation with acceleration with the 6ES-11s, though they looked fine, very clean. After some research, I tried using a step cooler plug with a smaller gap, and my acceleration issues went away. It reads not as clean, with a little sooting on the barrel, but performed much better. There is some science behind this, but my advice is to try 6ES-11s, and see what happens. Trionic will adapt. Copper plugs will need to be changed more often (I change mine once a year as a routine). If you still have acceleration issues, try the cooler plug option. It's cheap, and beats changing expensive stuff right off.
