Yes you found the problem, the code is related to the pipe popping off. For the most part the P13xx codes are ignition related thus usually IDM/DIC problems. The p1300 is "random misfire catalyst damaging. Which a large air leak would cause.
I just had about the same problem about a month ago on a 2004 9-3 convertible I have. On it the hose had popped off on the way to the intercooler were the metal tube goes to the hose. I had to limp it about 15 miles from home. I stopped about 6 times on the way home to shove it back on. The clamp was lost so it was a struggle. Good Luck, Bernie
