At one point I had the same problem (2004 9-5 arc) where the hose clamp was old, stiff, not tightening well and the only o ring I had was mangled and falling out of the groove. I replaced the hose clamp with a new one but because I could not immediately get a new oring, I just wrapped a single layer electrical tape around the old one in the groove to keep everything neatly in place. Worked nicely. I should probably replace that with a new oring now that I have a few, but it has been a non-issue now, for at least a year, maybe 2?
The big question for me is where to source the bigger hose that comes out of the back of the TB. The one that tapers. Mine was disintegrating and a tech wrapped it in electrical tape but I don't trust that to last very well.
