I used to have Stongard on all of the lights on my NG900. They were just down the street from my house in Bellevue, Washington, so it was really easy to get what I needed. I had them install the paint film on the hood and fenders, too. My headlight and turn signal film suffered the same fate as yours. Dirt gets in the edges, especially where the lens curves, and then the adhesive starts to break down, more dirt gets in, and eventually it looks like yours. My usual solution was to carefully cut the dirty part off with a sharp knife. It leaves a little bit of the lens exposed, but not much. You could also take it all off. It won't damage the lens at all if you do it on a warm day (or heat it up with a heat gun), and peel it off slowly. It probably wouldn't hurt it if you did it in the middle of winter, either, but warmer temperatures make it easier to peel off. You can still get similar products from Xpel, and I think they sell some pre-cut pieces for Saabs.
