I would focus on the alternator, and connections leading up to it, as the others have suggested.. Mine displayed similar gremlins with dash warning lights for a few days.. then it got to the point where it would no longer drive more than 100 ft without stalling...
I'd focus on that first.. the vibration/idle issue may be ECU or DI related.. due to the electronic issues.. so once you get the first problem sorted out.. disconnect the battery for 20 min or so.. and let everything reset.. and it may resolve your vibration/rough idle issue...
