Saab recommends against waxing your new paint for something like 6 months to allow it to fully cure!
I followed that advice and got _horrible_ water spots on my black Aero's hood and roof. I still haven't polished them out all the way after a year of trying.
I think you should be _very_ careful with the paint for maybe two months, then use a clay bar to clean it, and wax it. The Blitz Wax is great. I normally use it - it comes off nice and easy and seems to last well. I tried Griot's Best of Show Wax last time and was very disappointed in it by comparison. It was a bitch to remove and left haze marks until I washed the car again. It does look a _bit_ better than the Blitz Wax, but the effort wasn't worth it to me.
