ACC malfuntioning.......any help would be appreciated

The ACC system (heat) in my 2004, 9-5 Aero is malfunctioning. AC works great. Problem is when heat is on, the upper left and center vents blow hot air while the other two right vents blow cold air. My mechanic (worked at SAAB dealer for decades) replaced both left and right blend door motor shafts because one shaft had “twisted” and the other had twisted and was broken. After replacing the shafts, no codes on the Tech II, but ACC codes 2 08, and 2 11 remain. Also, RADIO CODE appeared on ACC screen (There is no RADIO CODE AFAIK on these cars). Still, the heat works sometimes and blows cold air at other times - very irratic. I disconnected the battery and ran ACC recalibration a few times - same 08 and 11 codes.
Next we installed another ACC from a known working system (no ACC nor Tech II codes) and ran it for two days and everything worked as it should with no codes. The RADIO CODE was cleared.
I purchased a new ACC, and after installing and recalibrating it, the same codes have re-appeared. Sometimes a 22 code will also show up….and RADIO CODE. I plan to run it for a few days to see what happens and then we plan to re-install the working ACC and go from there. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be going on?
