As this ACC system was not great to begin with and now when it is old, it can deliver quite a few different quirks.
My own 04 9-5 decides sometimes to recalibrate itself and start to blow full hot air on the passenger side and cold on driver side. A day or two later it is back to normal for weeks and month.
I have replaced drive shafts on left and right side already.
My theory is that the whole plastic housing and different blend doors are changing in shape with heat and cold and sometimes when the ACC decided to run a calibration, one or more of the doors are binding and the ACC computer accidentally sets the On and Off positions of motors at the wrong spots.
One problem though is that I can run several calibrations after each other and it ends up with the same full hot on right side. The very next day, it might be back to normal without me doing anything.
I haven't bother to find the real reason for it.
The Radio code is just that the micro chip inside radio has gone bad and won't remember the marriage license. It's starting to get quite common and you need the Tech 2 to marry the radio to car again.
There is a big write up here of how to replace that chip if you are so inclined. Just do a search for it.
