I think pme is right, you may have a blocked passenger side moon roof drain on the right front. The pipe runs down the A pillar. You said that water drained behind the passenger rear wheel, but water should drain in front of the passenger side front door also. The exit is not accessible behind plastic trim.
I bought a length of 3/8th inch plastic covered wire at Home Depot and keep it in the trunk. You can also use grass trimmer line to GENTLY dislodge any dirt that blocks the hose feeding from the top. You don't want to damage the hose at all. If your passenger sidewall insulation is damp following rain, that also points to a blocked drain.
The rear drains can also get clogged, but their rubber nipple is accessible from behind the rear wheels and can be squeezed to open them up to drain and clear debris. Nothing in the owner's manuals appears about clogged moon roof drains and how to deal with them.
