I can think of two reasons. First, the car could have been test driven several times, usually with a salesperson in the passenger seat. The other reason could be that the car was swapped with an other dealer at some point, either because your dealer had a car another dealer wanted, so yours was obtained in return, or your dealer had to get the car from another dealer for you. The other dealership might be 120 miles away so the car was driven from there (you will see the original dealer's name on the sticker). I would say there is no reason to be suspicious. Enjoy your new Saab!
