Depending on the amount of snow, the amount of plowing, and whether you can just stay home, I'd recommend Nokian WR (successor to NRW) in the OE size for light to moderate snow, or Nokian Hakka Q or Hakka 1 (if you live where you can use studs) for hard core, ultimate snow and ice traction. For maximum snow traction, the size you want is 205-65-15 - (but note all, the 15" size is for Linear only. Arc and Aero require 16" rims to clear their larger brakes). In between, Hakka Q or Hakka 1 in the OE size will give some semblence of dry road capability. There is a review of the NRW and an introduction of the WR in NINES #259.
