Search some previous posts on break-in period, there are plenty of those here.
It will run on 87 but I would suggest 89, i.e. mid-grade. Look carefully at your owner's manual.
Don't need Saab brand conditoner, try Lexol cleaner/conditioner combo. Many here have used them, myself included. They are widely available at PepBoys or equivalent auto stores. You have a new car, you really don't need them much. If it makes you feel better apply a very very light amount of Lexol conditoner. There are other products if the leather has become hard or dry but you have a *NEW* car.
Wait a minute...Turtle???.. Again, you have a *NEW* car, you don't need wax this soon unless the dealer didn't do a good prep job. Get some good quality car wash, Meguiar's comes to mind. Others probably would suggest their favorites.
Take a look at Car Care Online. They list many products and I think they are good products. Browse the site even if you don't want to buy from them. Also try Meguiar's site, also very informative.
Congratulations, good luck, and drive safe.
