I know what it's like to sit in an uncomfortable seat... my husband's Acure TL. Whenever we go anywhere as a family we take the Saab. We think they are by far the most comfortable seats to be found (other than perhaps the Volvo).
Some of it depends on your "shape". As everyone is different, perhaps you need to continue to try different adjustments. There are several, especially for the seat base. Be sure to read your manual so that you know about all of them...
I'm still getting used to the headrest, as it is in a more forward position than the older Saabs. Make sure you have it adjusted properly as well. Someone posted a few weeks ago about making sure your shoulders touch the back rest. I found that very helpful.
I hope you find your magic seat position soon. It is surely there somwhere!
