I got my first speeding ticket in my new Saab- going 71 in a 55 mph zone on a highway. Does anyone know how many points you get for a speeding ticket? Can I go to some class to get rid of the points?
The cop said that since I wasn't driving unsafely, he'd cut me a deal, whatever that means,if I show up in court. Problem is, the court is 3 hours each way from my house. I just don't know if it's worth it or if there is some other way to get rid of the points so my insurance doesn't go up. I don't know how many points you have to rack up before losing your license.
By the way, where do all of you go 100mph plus in your Saabs without getting tickets? Guess you don't live in NY state!
