Aero Lady: Thanks for saying that! I too have on occasion, pressed the loud pedal a little too hard in my years of driving, but continue to wonder why so many people tend to be defensive about their decision to selectively break this law, while arguing that "everyone else" is doing it, so we may as well just ignore it. How many people would use that logic about knocking off an ATM machine, or driving under the influence? If the sign on the side of the road says 55 then 55 it is. Chances are we all believe that we are personally capable of safely going faster, and even if it is true, that does not relieve us of the obligation to obey the law. FOr those who choose to disregard it and get a ticket,why should we all be chiming in with suggestions on how to "beat" it. Pay it, and take your medicine.
