Every day you expose your car to the harsh elements. A good wax will offer protection from pollution, acid rain, dirt, city grime, and all sorts of gunk.
Take it to a pro detailer if you don't want to do the work. If you want to tackle it yourself I highly recommend a polymer sealant product over a carnauba wax as the sealant will last longer, especially with winter approaching.
If you want just one product to "wipe on and wipe off" then I recommend Klasse All In One. It's a tough acrylic sealant that will look terrfic and last a good 4 months. If you want a spectacular shine and are willing to use multiple products and apply them in several steps, try Zaino Bros polish. Have a look at http://www.zainobros.com. Click on the link below for Klasse and other awesome car care products.
