I let this thread get off on a tangent and I apologize to you for that.

What I'll do is recommend a couple products that will work well for your car. I'll break them out into two categories: Available via mail order/online and available at local retail.

(1) For mail order/online products, I like Klasse. Well, I like a lot of products that are available only via mail order but I'll recommend just this one to you. I like it because their product called All In One contains a mild cleaner that will remove light swirls and surface stains and leave a glossy finish that will last several months. It's very easy to apply and remove by hand or machine. It's been on the market for many years and is tried and trued.
Where to get it: Many online e-tailers sell it. But I like the Klasse sample kits from YoSteve.com. You get a small container of both Klasse products (All In One and Sealant Glaze) plus applicator pads. Only $16.50. If you decide you like it you can order the larger containers. Order it at http://www.yosteveshop.homestead.com/kits.html

(2) There are few products at retail that knock my socks off so I'll recommend a couple of them.
(a) Meguiar's Gold Class is a nice product that produces a terrific gloss. Only problem is that it doesn't last very long. But you can find it anywhere for under $10.
(b) Eagle One Wet polish & wax is a very good cleaner/wax that is very easy to use and leaves a nice shine. Lasts longer than Gold Class but doesn't shine quite as well. Overall it's a good choice and like Gold Class, available anywhere for about $10.

I hope these specific recommendations help. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. I'll help in any way I can.
