It seems to me that the function of the spring is to keep the valve closed during boost (see diagram below), so I don't think the amount of boost is a concern--if you had less boost, and a stronger spring, the valve would close anyway. Not 100% sure on this, though, someone chime in if I'm off the mark here.
In any case, I believe the Hyperboost valve only comes in one configuration, and doesn't give you a choice of springs, unlike the Forge BPV.
Based on Coolknight's recommendations, I installed the Hyperboost BPV on mine, because I see cold temps here in the Northeast. It works great--zero lag!
