for a the complete story on the WR. The NRW has been around for a decade or so, and even so had good performance on both snow and dry roads. The WR features a new tread material, and a new "hakka siping" that causes the surface to wear into hundreds of little bumps for better grip. Unless you are on unplowed roads, I think you're ahead with WR vs. Hakka 1.
Note that the appropriate tire for your 9-5 is 215-55-16. If you prefer the smaller 205-55-16, at least the WR is XL rated ... be sure you pump them up to higher pressure than the door post label recommends to compensate for the smaller size.
I have driven with Dunlop snow tires (Not wintersport M2) and found them good, but not up to Nokian's level.
