So I will get the beasty late next week. But the metallic dash leaves me and my wife... cold. It is not pretty and not high-tech. I don't know what it is. Was this the state of things for 2002? I love everything else.

The wood dash on the ARC looks so much better. Grey plastic would be better as far as I am concerned. I am a Mech Engr* and metal does not normally offend me.

So anyone else have opinions on that dash? Anyone do anything to change it? Anyone with wood want to swap for a baking sheet.. er I mean dash?
