I didn't like the metal dash coupled w/ the tan interior on my '02 Aero, so I got the wood one from one of the sponsors of this site (I think it was more like $220 + shipping). I'm very happy with it, and I sold my old dash to someone looking to upgrade their '01 Aero, so it didn't really cost much. I also added the wood shift know and door pulls. Be careful with the wood kits-I know that some already assume you have the wood dash-if you check carefully, what they are is additonal wood to supplement the basic dash. I know the Joshua Tree kits are this way-they include wood trim for almost every surface except the main dash panel.
