Poll: do you dislike your car's TCS/ESP?

I was a bit intrigued with Nisar's post about wishing that the ESP could be permanently disabled [or default to OFF]; my '02 Aero has ESP and I've never found it to be overreactive, it doesn't interfere with my driving.
But as I told T-"extreme"-G, maybe I drive like a wimp! (TG managed to activate overboost protection in his SAAB, but I've never seen that happen on mine! lol)
So the question is: do you find the TCS or ESP system to be overreactive/bothersome in your 9-5?
Please reply with your model year ('98-'03), your trim level (Linear, Arc, Aero), and transmission (automatic/manual)
I believe the early 9-5s have TCS only, while the '01-onwards models have TCS and ESP combined.
Thanks
Jason
