2002 Aero automatic, this system is the best thing going. Had an opportunity to drive in some really horrible conditions Saturday night, and the ESP/TCS system is nearly seamless, and maintains a level of stability and safety that probably few other cars would provide, including those with all whel drive. I am using the 205mm Gislaved snow package a well.
What interests me about those who criticise the TCS/ESP for interfering with their driving "style" is the fact that this car has such a high level of performance on dry roads before either of these systems ever would make their presence known,HOW FAST AND HARD MIGHT YOU BE DRIVING TO BE ABLE TO REACH THAT POINT? And, is this on public roads with other people present? The ESP and TCS are there to promote vehicle safety and stability, two of the characteristics that many of us who buy Saabs appreciate.
