Hi,
The second part of the subject line is like saying "Dan Marino most
likely better pure passer than X." I don't believe there is an engine
(in ANY make) which has been proven more durable than Saab I4.
V6 has less niggling, annoying problems than I4. If you want to keep
your car for 50,000 miles on a lease, you prefer luxury over performance
and automatic over manual transmission, V6 is the better choice.
I personally recommend 2.3 LPT (I4, Linear) because it is the best value
for the money.
If you want performance, 2.3 HOT is a super-car in business attire.
thanks
Jae
