ARC = Automatic gear box
Aero has a much stronger engine, better brakes, wheels tires and suspension. Better mpg's too.

The salesman will be happy to go over the incentives for each model, which might also vary by trany for the ARC and Aero. Don't forget the $500 loyalty discount.

You can get a good 16" alloy wheel package with tires for around $860. For the Aero you have no choice but 16" alloy wheels for snows. For the others with the smaller brakes you can do the 15" steel wheels from tirerack, but the wheel covers are not too sexy.

I think that with the Aero and winter wheel package you might be looking at a longer term commitment to the vehicle than the lease term. But the wheel package can be moved to a new Saab, but the 9-5 will probably be re-engineered and the wheels might not fix future vehicles.

If you have snow and ice, I suggest that you get the security of a good winter tire package for any vehicle.
